Reporting Issues: Customers must inform us within two days of receipt of the product by sending an unboxing video to ciba.order@gmail.com or by contacting us at 9515444869. Please note that we will not entertain complaints beyond seven days of delivery.

Valid Reasons for Returns:

  • Incorrect product received, different from what was ordered.
  • The delivered product appears to be tampered with.
  • Receipt of a damaged product.
  • The product is expired upon delivery.
  • The quantity of the delivered product is not as ordered.

Exclusions: Our return and exchange policy does not cover gifts and promotional items.

  • There are no cancellation charges for both COD (Cash On Delivery) and Prepaid orders.
