Reporting Issues: Customers must inform us within two days of receipt of the product by sending an unboxing video to ciba.order@gmail.com or by contacting us at 9515444869. Please note that we will not entertain complaints beyond seven days of delivery.
Valid Reasons for Returns:
- Incorrect product received, different from what was ordered.
- The delivered product appears to be tampered with.
- Receipt of a damaged product.
- The product is expired upon delivery.
- The quantity of the delivered product is not as ordered.
Exclusions: Our return and exchange policy does not cover gifts and promotional items.

- It's essential to report within two days of product receipt. However, we cannot entertain any complaints beyond a maximum of seven days from the delivery date.

Cancellation Policy for GlamourMark.in
Charges:
- There are no cancellation charges for both COD (Cash On Delivery) and Prepaid orders.
- Refunds for any payments made will be processed back to the original payment method within eight to ten days.
